Artist Craft Night Series, Valentine’s Line Drawing Notecards with Natasha Zahn: Friday, February 6th, 5-7pm

Join us for First Friday Artwalk and the kick-off to an Artist Craft Night Series! These are drop-in craft activities every Friday night in February, featuring a different artist each week. Free and open to the public at the Kodiak History Museum. Supplies are limited. These craft nights are supported by a nonprofit grant from the City of Kodiak.

Filipino Cooking Workshop: Friday, February 13th, 5-7pm OR Saturday, February 14th, 1-3pm

In this workshop, participants will learn about Filipino cuisine and how to make a variety of dishes including bola bola, pinsec, and lumpia from local knowledge-bearer, Carmela Sison. This is a free program with all materials provided. Sign-ups are required.

To sign up, please choose a date and fill out one of the forms below. Workshops are first come, first served. Spaces are limited. The two workshop options are the same, please only sign up for one. Signing up for more than one person? Please fill out multiple registration forms – one for each person attending. We look forward to seeing you there!

Exhibit Opening: Friday,  March 6th, 5:00-7:00pm

Join us for the opening of a temporary exhibit, Weather Permitting, featuring new artwork by renowned Kodiak artist, Lena Snow Amason. Free and open to the public. This exhibit is supported by a nonprofit grant from the Kodiak Island Borough.
