"I never tire of Salmonberry Blossoms–that magenta pink popping out of the green leaves. In the spring, I can always tell where the sun beats in on certain areas on my walk because those blossoms are blooming long before the ones in my yard."
Natasha lives on Kodiak Island in the Gulf of Alaska. "I can't escape Alaska's influence on my work: coastal Alaska can be gray and green for long periods of time, but when it's sunny and bright here, it's unlike any place on earth! I delight in capturing those sudden moments in my work so that my art brings a happy burst of color to people's lives."
